We had a fantastic stay at the Comfy Flat in St Leonards. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront and some great places to eat. The flat itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. We were impressed with how well-stocked it was, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the owner, Tony, was excellent, and he was very helpful. We really appreciated the little touches, like the milk, tea, coffee, and biscuits that were provided. The only downside was the parking, as it was a bit tricky to find a spot, but we managed to find one closer to the end of our stay. we had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the Comfy Flat and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location was stunning, close to the beach. It was a short walk to many restaurants, the promenade, shops, the center, and St Leonard's & the West side of Hastings Town. Anthony was the best host ever. Beds were comfy.

Perfect location for exploring the area, just minutes away from the beach and town center. The flat was cozy and well-equipped, with some thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The host was kind and communicative. It was a nice bonus to be able to bring our dog along. The local people were friendly and relaxed, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.
